Tahini and Roasted Red Pepper Crab Cakes, Spinach Cream

~Truffle oil infused fresh handmade tagliatelle, chanterelle mushroom duxelles, cream, fried parsely

~Slow cooked Spanish style pork ribs, pork jus sherry cocoa reduction, potato torte, braised kale

~Pan seared wild sea scallops, Italian salsa verde, saffron pea risotto

~Braised duck hind quarter, root vegetables, squash goat cheese polenta

Dessert ~ Tartlet Trio

  1. My boyfriend surprised me with dinner here last Valentines day (2013) and we were blown away by the quality and taste of the food. Beats even the dinner we had up in the space needle! So impressed, and we have definitely started a yearly tradition!

    after looking at many of the posts I realized it’s new to me.
    Anyhow, I’m definitely pleased I came across it and I’ll be bookmarking it and checking back frequently!
